DECEMBER 2023: ADOPTION PENDING!! Kelce arrived from Yellowknife on Oct 3rd (the NWT SPCA is packed with wonderful dogs looking for homes). She is super sweet and is settling in nicely in foster care in the tri-cities. Kelce is a Shepherd/Husky mix about 14 weeks old. She is doing well with other dogs and the 2 older kids in the home.
