Meet Carl!Carl is a super sweet hound who loves to play fetch and meet new people! He is good when on walks using a harness, but he can get excited and pull a bit when meeting new friends on the street! Carl can be a bit nervous inside of the shelter but is a completely different dog outside in the yard! He has lots of energy to play, and can entertain himself if needed! Carl gets along well with dogs off leash, but can be a bit wary of them when he is on a leash. Carl would do well in any home as long as he has people to play with!
