Description:
This sweet gal was found wandering around a city dump. A stranger rescued her but could not keep herso she ended up at our shelter. She is a bit overweight but we are working on that. She has a very kinddisposition and gets along with other dogs of all ages. Puppies are a bit much for her though so she would do better around older dogs. Older kids would probably be best for her also. She is housetrained and will need a little work on a leash. She does like to be around people and can be a bit talkative when left alone (she does settle down). She gets around great and her weight doesn’t stop her from jumping on a comfortable couch! She’s just an older lady needing a forever home with a laid back family… some exercise is needed but not too much. We also use the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Rescue Riders Pet Transport. We transport every weekend alternating between the Northeast and the Midwest.
