Beautiful Savannah! This sweet girl was stuck in the Weslaco Shelter for a few months with her sister Camilla after being confiscated and saved from a hoarding situation. Savannah has a warmup period, and will need a home with love and patience. She has the sweetest temperament, and after visiting with her a few times, she ran up to me for treats and pets. She gets just a bit shy with fast movements or arms waving around and prefers to approach when you're sitting down and not towering about her. With time that will fade, she does great with all the vet techs here, that she sees and interacts with on a daily basis. She has soft fur and a soft heart. I totally fell in love with her, and feel she will bond, and be a loving loyal part of a family with a little time. She does great with other dogs, and is on the submissive side, so another nice dog would be a plus for her, to help her gain her confidence. She is a beautiful, sweet soul! 'Look at Savannah now!
