EHS volunteer comments: "Oh my Miss Muffy! What an amazing, intelligent, kind and gentle girl. Her happiness and desire to live carefree is a joy to watch. I know she has the potential to be your best friend if you give her the chance.""She knows "sit", "shake a paw" and is starting to recognize "down" with a hand gesture. A beautiful, interesting caramel coloured mix breed. A good, steady walker but sometimes jumps up when excited: all can be curbed with a treat or "sit" command." Meet staff favorite, Muffy! Muffy comes with a big nose and a big heart, and she absolutely adores making new friends, human and dog alike! In fact, she would love for you to come down to the Edmonton Humane Society and request a meeting with her so she can show you just how sweet she is.Muffy enjoys going for walks and tearing around in the outdoor pen here at the shelter, and then relaxing afterwards with a good chew toy. As for her favorite activity in shelter? Well that would be playing with other dogs! She regularly attends playground and befriends every dog she meets.
