***AT SHELTER***Meet our jolly Jujube!This sweet and playful boy was transferred to us from another shelter. While he may not be as colourful as his candied namesake, he loves running around and playing like he's on an endless sugar rush! Jujube has boundless energy and is very curious about his surroundings.Not much is known about Jujube's past. We do know that he has experience living in a home for a little while, and that he's friendly and quite food motivated. Volunteers report that he enjoys pets and being brushed, and that he can be very vocal! He's always eager for attention and will rub up against the legs of any visitors who stop by, trying to entice them into giving him what he wants (which is affection!). Jujube does not appear to be a big fan of other cats, and we don't know how he'd fare with other animals or small children. He's only recently arrived in our care, and we'll update his profile once we learn more.Looking for a sweet treat to add to your life? Jujube might be the soft and enjoyable candy--sorry--cat for you!--------------------The adoption fee for a single cat at EHS is $175. Take home an adult feline friend for your kitty and the adoption fee for the pair is $300! For kittens under six months of age, the adoption fee is $200...Or double your cuteness quotient and adopt two wee furballs for $350! If you mix and match (kitten plus cat), the adoption fee is $300. Each of our cats is spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, snap tested for FIV/FeLV, dewormed, and flea treated prior to adoption. Kittens are not spayed or neutered until 5 months of age, but the cost of spay/neuter will be covered as part of the adoption.--------------------Interested in adopting Jujube? It's easy!
