Now accepting applications for Shadow! Shadow is an energetic and intelligent puppy with a strong working dog instinct. As a Blue Heeler, he is naturally curious, alert, and highly trainable. He possesses a remarkable amount of energy and will need regular exercise and mental stimulation to keep him happy and healthy. Shadow is at a critical stage in his development, and consistent training and socialization will be essential. He is a quick learner and eager to please, making training sessions enjoyable and rewarding. We have been introducing basic obedience commands like "sit," "stay," and "come" , as well as leash training and he is picking everything up super quick. Positive reinforcement methods, such as treats and praise, work best with Shadow. Shadow would thrive in an active home with experienced dog owners who understand the needs of a high-energy breed. Due to his herding instincts, it's essential to provide him with mental and physical stimulation to prevent boredom and potential destructive behaviors. A secure yard or access to regular outdoor exercise areas is necessary for his daily activities. Shadow's adoption fee is $400, $100 of which is a neuter deposit.
