Aslan the king of beasts from the Chronicles of Narnia meaning lion, is the perfect description for this distinguished independent gentleman! He does his own thing but when he wants pets he follows his human till his head has gotten enough rubs in. He really enjoys playing with a lazer pointer and really likes his treats. Aslan would prefer more of a relaxed home where he can explore and do his thing, but with a family who will give him lots of head rubs. He should be fine in a more mature household with no small children.Adoption process***Please bear in mind that it is against Abbey Cat policy to adopt a single kitten under the age of 6 months to a home without a kitten of similar age for company.*** Due to an unprecedented demand (especially for kittens) we regret that we are unable to respond by phone to all of the applications we are currently receiving. We want to make sure that our rescued cats and kittens go to good, loving homes so before we adopt, an adoption counselor will conduct a short pre-adoption interview to make sure that you and the cat are a good match.
