LOUIE | M | ~ 6 YRS | ENGLISH POINTER | ~50 LBS | YES KIDSYES ADULTSYES CATSYES DOGSYES EVERYTHING!!! From his rescuer: "?? REMEMBER OUR MAGNIFICENT LOUIE- HE IS PURE LOVE ON 4 LEGS!?? Our handsome boy has been at the shelter for quite a while now, and we really feel sorry for all the families that overlook him, because he is pure love on 4-legs!!!! His looks - and gentle temperament- suggest that he is a pure pointer, but of course he has no papers to prove that! As usual, we’ve no idea about his past - he was found wandering around outside the shelter one day. Whether he was dumped there or came upon us himself, we’ve no clue. Anyway, no one came looking for him, so he has made himself at home with us ? Louie certainly has the superior nose of a hunting dog, but he is gentle and sweet with everyone - even the shelter cats ???! And cuddles - well, he’d happily snuggle all day long! He is still full of life and would fit best with an active family, perhaps with another pointer or two ? Although Louie is an adult dog, we’ve no idea if he has ever enjoyed life as a family dog so he will need time and patience to adjust to living inside a home with a family. He is more than ready for a family and finally a forever home?" Louie has been neutered, health checked, and up to date on all vaccinations and is more than ever ready to find his furever home! Thanks to his AMAZING rescuers, he has a second chance at a fresh start to a wonderful life in a loving home.
