***IN FOSTER***Are you ready to roll with Roxi?This Savannah-tabby beauty was surrendered to EHS after her human companions were forced to change their living situation for financial reasons. It's only fitting that her name, of Persian origin, means "dawn". Roxi couldn't be more deserving of a fresh start - a brand new day of sorts - in a loving, permanent home.A touch skittish on initial introductions, Roxi is quick to warm up once comfortable. It doesn't take long at all. Following that brief sussing out period, she melts into a warm, docile sweetheart - one who takes great pleasure in toying with catnip prey and scratching her vertical post. Often found snuggled atop her cat tree, this eight-year-old likes to chill surrounded by her human company. Gifted with a healthy appetite (we see you, Roxi), she enjoys culinary variety in the form of both wet and dry food. Considering her slight lean towards skittishness in first making acquaintances, Roxi would best suit a home where she's the only pet. While cohabitating with other felines isn't out of the question, more company could lengthen her process of finding her most comfortable groove. Each of our cats is spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, snap tested for FIV/FeLV, dewormed, and flea treated prior to adoption.
