Flora is our miracle puppy.She is a year old and has been on the streets of downtown Bellingham for three months since slipping her collar while being walked. She is still a bit wary of people, but with time and patience she wags that tail and expresses joy in seeing her human rescuers. She is housebroken and walks on a leash but needs a fenced in yard because she still may be a flight risk. However, since she has been returned to my home she sleeps with us every night. She bonds easily with females who will sit and enjoy her company.
